First Round of Digital Equity Competitive Grant Awardees Announced

We are thrilled to congratulate the 65 organizations recommended for funding through the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). These funds will support critical digital skills and inclusion projects in communities across the United States, empowering individuals with the essential skills to thrive in today’s connected world.

Initially, 24 organizations were named, and just this past Friday, an additional 41 grantees were announced, bringing the total investment to more than $369 million.

This milestone marks a significant step toward reducing the digital divide and fostering equitable access to technology and resources.
