Tech Company Quantcast Connects with Nonprofits

  • December 1, 2015
  • Tech Teach-ins

CTN program managers Laurie and Heather were pleased to be part of Quantcast’s 1st Annual Data For Good Volunteer Match Day on November 19, 2015. CTN was among 12 nonprofit organizations that were invited to Quantcast’s offices to participate in the event. The program aims to establish a more permanent, sustainable tradition of company involvement in the communities in which its employees live and work. Numerous Quantcast employees connected with CTN, and seven signed up to get more information about volunteering with us.

This comes at a great time because CTN is planning some exciting events at the senior centers around the holidays. These events will offer great opportunities for groups to volunteer together and help seniors with basic computer skills.

Quantcast also pleasantly surprised CTN with a donation as a way to show their appreciation for all that we do.

If you or your company are interested in volunteering, please send an email to volunteer@ctnbayarea.org.
